National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) Teller Integartion Solution Scope: (December 2013)
Projct Scope:
- Software Development for Integrationing NCR devices with Teller workstation through Intellect by invoking client side Java libraries provided by eT3, based on JAVA interface classes provided by NBAD Core Banking System (Polaris).
- eT3 Java Class will have the business logic to integrate with the following NCR devices:
- Single Cheque Reader – NCRCheckScanner 7167
Read and scan the check and pass the collected data to the Teller application through data object. The process will be initiated when teller application call corresponding function.
- Bulk Cheque Reader – Models TS230 / TS240
Read and scan bulk of checks and pass the collected data to the Teller application through data object. The process will be initiated when teller application call corresponding function.
- Receipt Printer – NCRPosPrinter 7197
The Teller application will initiate printing customer receipt by calling corresponding function in its related class and pass required data. Finally eT3 will print the receipt according to previousely designed layout.
- Keyboard Scanner – NCR MSR
Read card data and pass the collected data to the Teller application through data object. The process will be initiated when teller application call corresponding function.
